Ruffano - Lecce - Salento In the historic center of Ruffano, a few meters from the hamlet Torrepaduli, a place now famous all over the world for the feast of San Rocco and tambourines, we propose an autonomous historic house to be restored with 3 entrances from three different small courtyards. The property of about 300 square meters is arranged on two levels. The ground floor is enriched by a cloister where various rooms open, including ancient stables, wine processing rooms and barns. Inside there is also a cellar. In some rooms the floor made in ancient times in Venetian screed with decorations and Greeks is well preserved. A garage, completely autonomous, overlooks the street directly with a small door that provides access to it from one of the three courtyards. Ruffano is a rich center of about ten thousand inhabitants that is located in the central area, close to the Serre Salentine, 50 km from Lecce, 25 km from Gallipoli, 30 km from Otranto, 30 km Santa Maria di Leuca and 85 km from Brindisi airport.
