The villa has a large dining room with crystal table for 6 people with large windows overlooking the harbour and swimming pools, with hot-cold air conditioning in each room, a very large kitchen overlooking the sea with table for 8 people, equipped, new, with an oven and two refrigerators, industrial freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine, barbecue, blender, toaster and hot-cold air conditioning. From the corridor in two distinct areas you access the completely separate sleeping area. The rooms of the Villa are four, all with en-suite bathroom, TV, fridge, hot-cold air conditioning, hidden safes and private entrance/exit on the terraces, plus a 5th bathroom of service for guests or servitude, separate laundry. Two boxes and garages complete the central body. The patio of the villa is the most sheltered and optimal place for beautiful dinners, it is furnished with a 4-meter long table that comfortably accommodates 14 people. The beautiful stained-glass window offers 360-degree views of the sea. The villa offers courses of typical Sardinian cuisine, tastings of typical products of the island.
