Coldwell Banker Southwest Realty expands to Petrolia
New residential and commercial affiliate opens second Southern Ontario office
(Sarnia, ON – November 1, 2018) Coldwell Banker Southwest Realty, a newly-formed residential and commercial affiliate brokerage in Sarnia, has now expanded with the opening of an office in Petrolia, Ontario. The brokerage is owned by Rob Longo and Steven Park, both well-established second generation REALTORS® with over 40 years combined experience selling real estate in Sarnia and Lambton County. Today’s opening of the Petrolia office was achieved through the rebranding of an established location formerly associated with a local independent.
Petrolia, known as ‘Canada’s Victorian Oil Town’ is located approximately 25 km southeast of Sarnia, within Enniskillen Township. Robert Leaper, a well-known local developer, joins the Coldwell Banker Southwest Realty operation and will serve a diverse book of business including land lots, custom builds and resales from the Petrolia location.
‘We’re very pleased to add the Petrolia location to our growing operation and to welcome Bob Leaper to our team,” says Broker of Record Steve Park. “Bob’s expertise, gained from years of experience in both land and residential sales, as well as his solid reputation within the Petrolia community will be great assets moving forward.”
“This new location in Petrolia solidifies our footprint in Southern Ontario and is further evidence of our commitment to growth,” confirms co-owner Rob Longo.
The new Petrolia location is a welcome addition to the Coldwell Banker Southwest Realty office complement, which includes a new state-of-the-art office space located at 780 Exmouth Street in Sarnia. A grand opening celebration showcasing its contemporary look, high tech support and welcoming layout, was held at the brokerage on October 26th.
“We congratulate owners Rob Longo and Steve Park on this new business venture and wish them every success as they continue to grow their presence in Sarnia and throughout Lambton county.” said Andy Puthon, President of Coldwell Banker Affiliates of Canada, who travelled to Sarnia to attend the company’s grand opening celebration.
