Sandy Kurek won’t just walk a mile in your shoes – she’ll run a marathon in them.
An avid runner and long distance cyclist, Sandy knows a thing or two about dedication. Her commitment to her clients is unwavering and she devotes herself to listening and learning everything she can about them. This heightened understanding ensures her clients get exactly what they want – and results in a fun and positive real estate experience.
Sandy’s sales career spans almost 30 years and she has enjoyed working with first-time home buyers and upsizers, as well as those looking at new construction. Most recently, she has worked closely with couples and individuals who are “right sizing”; moving from larger properties to smaller homes and condos. Many of these clients are close in age to Sandy – and she can relate to the hard work and emotional struggle that can come with scaling down ones possessions and living space. Sandy’s positive, high energy personality and relationships with trusted service providers and suppliers help change this challenging time to an exciting experience.
A dog lover and coffee enthusiast, Sandy also loves spending time with the generations that precede her. She volunteers weekly at a local long term care facility and has formed relationships with the residents, whose company she enjoys immensely.
Sandy graduated from Wilfred Laurier University with a Bachelor in Psychology and English. In 2017 Sandy’s sales numbers earned her a SAM award of Distinction from the Waterloo Home Builders Association and the Coldwell Banker International Diamond Society Award.
